A 30% non-refundable deposit confirms your order and secures your production slot.
Design development and material preparation begin only after this confirmation.
The deposit represents your commitment to a couture process created exclusively for you.
2. Design Development
Each design is personally conceived from your story, music, and vision.
You receive one digital sketch for review and refinement; additional concepts are available as paid add-ons.
All designs remain the intellectual property of Sana Egbe (Art Dress OÜ) and are never repeated.
3. Measurements & Fitting
To ensure flawless accuracy, we provide a video-guided precision fitting session, where measurements are taken under expert supervision.
Clients are responsible for supplying correct measurements; our live guidance minimizes risk and ensures couture precision.
4. Production Timeline
All orders are completed in the order they are confirmed within our couture production line.
Typical creation time ranges between 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity and the current schedule.
Every costume is handcrafted in our Tallinn studio using luxury-grade fabrics and stones, with updates provided as your piece advances through each stage of creation.
5. Balance Payment & Shipping
The remaining 70% balance is due before shipment.
Accepted payments: Stripe (card payment) or bank transfer.
Worldwide DHL Express shipping is included (2–5 business days).
Any customs or import duties are the client’s responsibility.
6. Alterations & Adjustments
Each costume is made precisely to your provided measurements.
Minor post-delivery adjustments can be guided remotely.
Because every piece is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
7. Cancellations
Because each design is exclusive, orders become final once design development begins, and no refunds are possible thereafter.
If cancellation occurs before design development starts, only the portion of payment exceeding the 30% deposit will be refunded.
This policy ensures fairness for the creative time and production resources reserved specifically for your order.
8. Intellectual Property
All sketches, photos, videos, and final designs are the exclusive creative property of Sana Egbe (Art Dress OÜ).
Reproduction, duplication, or imitation — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited.
Sana Egbe (Art Dress OÜ) retains full ownership and creative rights to all materials, sketches, and design processes at all times.
9. Creative Rights & Public Presentation
Sana Egbe (Art Dress OÜ) reserves the right to share, display, or document the creative journey of every costume — including sketches, design development, fittings, and finished works — publicly across social media platforms and through other private or professional channels, at any time and as deemed appropriate.
This may include presentation on mannequins or on a model other than the original client. In such cases, proper hygiene and care measures will be strictly observed to maintain the integrity of each couture piece.
While clients may request privacy or confidentiality regarding their designs or images, such exceptions are not standard practice and are granted only under a formal written agreement.
Because such restrictions deprive the brand of valuable creative exposure and promotional opportunities, a confidentiality fee applies to compensate for potential losses that cannot be monetarily predetermined.
Even under a confidentiality agreement, Sana Egbe (Art Dress OÜ) retains full ownership and creative rights to all materials, sketches, and design processes at all times.
All public sharing is carried out with discretion, elegance, and respect, preserving both the dignity of the client and the artistic legacy of the brand.

12. Force Majeure
Sana Egbe (Art Dress OÜ) shall not be held responsible for any delay, alteration, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, shipping disruptions, or government restrictions.
All confirmed orders remain valid, and production or delivery will resume as soon as conditions permit.
